The Durham-based Eli Research information company joins the information tech journal market.
Element K announced the sale of its Journals division to Eli Research today. Financial terms were not disclosed, but Eli's research journals will be licensed to Element K and sold and supported along with Element K's other publications.
Those publications include various technology solutions pertaining to the use of Oracle, Windows XP, and other options in the workplace.
"The sale of the Journals business is consistent with our new corporate direction," stated Steve Hoffman, CEO of Element K.
"This acquisition allows Eli Research to assertively enter the IT journals market," commented Greg Lindberg, CEO of Eli Research, Inc.
